*If our customers contact us by 444 5 666 service number from cities that we have branches, local call fee is applied, in case of reaching us from other cities, long distance call fee is applied.

How can I use my Alo Albaraka Türk password?

When you call 444 5 666, it will be enough to press 1 for banking Transactions and enter your Customer Number and then your Telephone Banking Password.
You can perform your transactions via “Interactive Voice Response” or “Customer Representatives” by using your telephone buttons. When you reach to your customer representative, our customer representatives will request two letters of your “Important Word” that change randomly and you have determined in our branch and reach to your information and perform your banking transactions.

How can I change my Alo Albaraka Türk password?

For telephone banking password changing, you can call 444 5 666 Alo Albaraka Türk and press 2 for Password/Keyword Transactions and enter your Customer Number and telephone Banking Password and change your password from 1 password change.

If you forgot your Alo Albaraka Türk password, what can you do?

You can go to the closest Albaraka Türk Branch and take your Telephone Banking password and Important Word.
