Internet banking lets you make banking transactions through any computer with Internet access. You can securely carry out all of your transactions on the Internet.

  • Albakara Türk Internet banking is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

  • You can access our banking services from all over the world. However, for some transactions you must remember the time difference between Turkey and your current country.

  • A common code of Retail Internet Branch is not given behalf of joint account owners. However, the clients can display sharing accounts under themselves client numbers. They can make transactions from this account in individual partnership. Only joint account is displayed in common associate ship.

  • When you want to access into our Internet banking site, your password will not be shown on the screen, and will be displayed as asterisks. You will be signed out from your session after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Anyone with an Albaraka Türk account can use our Internet banking services. You can get your password and PIN code for Internet banking by visiting your nearest Albaraka Türk branch, filling in the application form, and signing a costumer transactions contract.

Essential documents for applying for retail Internet banking services:

How can you access Albarak Türk Internet banking?

You will need your Client Number, password, and PIN code to log in to retail Internet banking. You will receive this information when you apply for retail Internet banking services.

Client Number
The client number is a private number assigned to every customer by the bank and consists of 6-8 characters.

PIN Code
Your PIN code should consist of no less than 8 characters and no more than 12.
PIN codes are case sensitive, so pay attention to capital letters and lower-case letters when choosing your code.

Password
Your password should consist of no less than 6 characters and no more than 12.
Passwords are case sensitive, so pay attention to capital letters and lower-case letters when choosing your code.

What should I do if I forget or lose my information?

I have forgotten my client number:
Your client number is printed on your account book, bank receipts, and monthly statements as “Customer Number” or “Customer No.”

You can also contact an account representative to learn your client number by calling 444 5 666 and dialing “0” in the first menu.

I have forgotten my PIN code:
The user code that consists of minimum 8 maximum 12 characters and is given the user by our private brunch is an input data.

Alert! Make sure you pay attention to capital letters, lower-case letters and Turkish characters when entering your PIN code.

For example, if your PIN code includes Turkish characters, the Web site will not recognize it if you enter it without these characters.
