In the 14th Human Resources Summit, the award of ‘Respect to Human Beings’ given by Kariyer.net has been given to Albaraka Türk in banking sector this year.

The Award of ‘Respect to Human Beings’ given by Kariyer.net, which is the pioneer in the sector in the field of online human resources were distributed in a ceremony held among the activities of the 14th Human Resources Summit. Like last year, Albaraka Türk has received the Award of ‘Respect to Human Beings’ in banking sector this year.

82 companies from 33 different sectors were given the award of ‘Respect to Human Beings’ in the award ceremony sponsored by Kariyer.net, held in Lütfi Kırdar Culture and Congress Center on February 11, 2009. The awards were given in accordance with the rate of replying the applications by the companies that advertised in Kariyer.net. Albaraka Türk was given the award because it was the bank that replied the applications as soon as possible and the bank that answered all applications.

Ercan Albay, Human Resources Manager of Albaraka Türk, who received the award on behalf of Albaraka Türk from Yener Özenalp, the CEO of Kariyer.net, stated that they examined all of the applications without any exceptions. He added, “We take great pains with replying the candidates whether the result is positive or negative due to our institutional culture and the importance we give to human beings. We know that even one day is very important for a person who is looking for a job.”
