The real estate offered to be sold are for sale as they are with their current legal and actual situations and conditions; our bank does not have any commitment about the land registry, cadastre, zoning status, occupancy permit, tenants, intruders and other users of the real estate. All of the legal and actual inspection and research about the real estate have to be carried out by the purchaser/bidder; they will be regarded as to have carried out the legal and actual inspection and research about the real estate and to have tendered by seeing and liking the real estate. The bidder/purchaser is regarded to have no other demands from the bank relating to the real estate in the future when they tender.

Tenders for the real estate can be made to all of our branches and to the General Management in writing.
For the tender to be evaluated it is necessary to deposit an amount of 5% of the stated price of the real estate and the copy of the bank receipt containing the clause “security deposit for the sale of the real estate” has to be enclosed in the bid. When there is no stated price, the security deposit determined by our bank has to be deposited. Our bank is authorized to increase or change the amount of the deposit in any way; in that case the bid will only be evaluated if the amount determined by our bank is deposited.

All of the tenders are received by our bank without implying that they will be accepted. Our bank does not have to accept the tenders that are above the selling price. The tenders are discussed in our authoritative units and then accepted or rejected.

If the tender is regarded as acceptable, the real estate will be delivered to the purchaser after they pay the price of the real estate and other expenses in cash and the other commitments are carried out. When the selling price is stated in foreign currency, the price of the real estate will be paid either in the foreign currency or as TL in compliance with the parity stated by our bank. If the price of the real estate is accepted to be paid in installments, the payments will be made in accordance with the terms and amounts to be determined.

If the bids are rejected by our bank, the deposits will be returned to the bank account stated in the petition or to the owner of the bidder upon their application within 15 days after the decision of rejection. The bidder cannot ask for interest, profit share, etc for the term until the deposit is returned.
